Simon Cellan Jones is a British director of television and films who was born in January 1963. In the middle of the 1980s, Simon Cellan Jones started working as a production assistant on shows like Edge of Darkness. He ascended to the position of director by the late 1980s, and he earned credits on some of the most well-known British television shows of the 1990s. These featured Our Friends in the North (1996) and Cracker (1993) episodes.
