Biography:

Sidhant Gupta, born on 23 April 1989, is an Indian actor and model known for his work in Hindi television and films. His television debut was with Zee TV’s romantic-drama “Tashan-e-Ishq,” where he portrayed the character Kunj Sarna from 2015 to 2016. This role earned him the Best Beta award at Zee Rishtey Awards and a nomination for Best Debut-Male at Zee Gold Awards.

Gupta ventured into films with his debut in 2012’s “Tutiya Dil” and later appeared in “Badmashiyaan.” His filmography includes roles in the action-drama “Bhoomi” (2017) and the romantic-thriller “Operation Romeo” (2022).

Born in Jammu, Gupta was actively involved in sports during his youth, representing J&K in cricket, swimming, and basketball at various levels. He later moved to Delhi to pursue a commercial pilot’s license. His father, Sukesh Gupta, is a retired Jammu forestry official, and his mother, Sandhya Gupta, is a well-known fashion designer and social activist. Gupta has an older brother named Sanat, who, along with his wife Himani, owns a fashion design business in Jammu.

Gupta’s career also extends to modeling, where he featured in various commercials and walked the ramp for prominent fashion designers. He has been listed in the 50 Sexiest Asian Men by the British newspaper Eastern Eye multiple times from 2016 to 2019.

In the realm of film and television, Gupta’s diverse roles showcase his talent, from the romantic Dev Arora in “Badmashiyaan” to the intense character of Kunj Sarna in “Tashan-e-Ishq.” His work in the industry continues to gain recognition, and in 2023, he secured a role in the Amazon Prime Video platform.
