Biography:

Siddharth Diwan is a highly acclaimed cinematographer, having earned recognition through his exceptional work in the film industry. He completed his education with a specialization in Motion Picture Photography from the Satyajit Ray Film & TV Institute. His debut as a cinematographer was marked by the film Peddlers, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival’s Critic’s Week section in 2012. Additionally, he contributed as an additional cinematographer for The Lunchbox, showcased at Cannes in 2013, and garnered numerous international accolades. Diwan’s outstanding cinematography in Queen, a popular comedy-drama starring Kangana Ranaut, earned him the prestigious Filmfare Award for Best Cinematography.

His recent endeavors include Bulbbul and Qala, both Netflix Original Films. Diwan is renowned for his adaptable and inventive approach to cinematography, which significantly enhances the narrative and atmosphere of the films he collaborates on.
