Shrikant Murthy

Biography:

Hailing from Karnataka, India, Shrikant Murthy received his education in Mysore and Bangalore. Following his graduation, he pursued a Master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Mumbai. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Community Development from the Golda Meir International Training Centre in Haifa, Israel. Commencing his professional journey as a Probation Officer at the Bombay Children’s Aid Society, Mr. Murthy progressed through the ranks, culminating in his retirement in 2005 as the Deputy Chief Officer. The Bombay Children’s Aid Society, established in 1927, is a distinguished organization overseeing seven institutions dedicated to the care of destitute and delinquent children.
