Biography:

Saurabh Sachdeva(Born on September 24, 1978, in Haldwani,) completed his education at Model Sr Secondary School Saket in Delhi. In 2001, he became a part of Barry John’s Imago Acting School, later known as the Barry John Acting Studio, where he eventually began teaching in 2002. His involvement with the Imago Theatre Group extended until 2003, during which he both conceptualized and participated in street plays. Moving forward, he took his talents to the Mumbai branch of the Barry John Acting School in 2005, dedicating 11 years as an Acting Coach.

Saurabh Sachdeva is recognized as an Indian actor and a seasoned acting coach. His cinematic journey commenced with his role in the film “Maroon,” released in 2016. A pivotal career highlight came in 2018 when he garnered critical acclaim for his portrayal of Suleiman Isa in the Netflix series “Sacred Games.” Sachdeva’s expertise as an acting coach is noteworthy; he has trained an impressive lineup of Bollywood personalities, including Rana Daggubati, Harshvardhan Rane, Freida Pinto, Varun Dhawan, Raghav Juyal, Kubbra Sait, Richa Chadha, Dulquer Salmaan, Tripti Dimri, Avinash Tiwary, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vani Kapoor, Asha Negi, Shakti Mohan, Rithvik Dhanjani, and Mandana Karimi.

His presence extended to films such as “Manmarziyan,” “Laal Kaptaan,” “Housefull 4,” and most recently, he assumed an antagonist role in “Vadh,” a film featuring Neena Gupta and Sanjay Mishra.

Saurabh Sachdeva’s directorial skills surfaced in 2016 when he helmed the short film “Gul,” showcased at the Kerala International Film Festival. In 2017, he took the initiative to establish his own educational and training institute called “The Actors Truth,” alongside forming the theatre group “Antarang” in Mumbai.
