Saiyami Kher is the niece of actress Tanvi Azmi and the granddaughter of renowned actress Usha Kiran. She was born in Nashik, Maharashtra, in 1992 to Adwait Kher and Uttara Mhatre Kher, a former Miss India. Kher completed her studies at Mumbai’s St. Xavier’s College with success.
Her older sister, Sanskruti Kher, is a well-known Marathi actress, and her father, Advait Kher, was recognized as a famous supermodel.
In 2015, Saiyami Kher marked her entry into the film industry with her debut in the Telugu film “Rey.” The following year, she took on a prominent role in Rakesh Omprakash Mehra’s Hindi film “Mirzya,” a narrative based on the Punjabi folklore of Mirza Sahiban, starring opposite Harshvardhan Kapoor.
In 2020, Kher joined the cast of Mayank Sharma’s web series “Breathe,” sharing the screen with Abhishek Bachchan. Continuing her diverse roles, in 2021, she played the part of an NIA Agent alongside Nagarjuna in the action film “Wild Dog.” Looking ahead to 2023, Saiyami Kher is set to feature in R Balki’s film “Ghoomer.”
