Saiwyn Quadras

Biography:

Indian screenwriter Saiwyn Quadras is the author of the biopics Mary Kom (2014) and Neerja (2016).The 2018 book Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran was also written by him. The movie Maidaan, starring Ajay Devgn, is the one he will be writing next.

He started out as a screenwriter in the entertainment business, contributing to a number of critically praised movies like “Mary Kom” (2014) and “Neerja” (2016).

He was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Screenplay for “Neerja” in 2017 and went on to win the National Film Award for Best Screenplay.

In addition to acting as a mentor and speaker for young screenwriters and directors, Quadras is well-known in the Indian cinema business.
