Actress Ramya Pandian is from India and performs in Tamil-language movies. She gained notoriety for her performances in Aan Devathai (2018) and Joker (2016). She was named the “Most Desirable Woman on Television 2020” by the Chennai Times. She finished third in the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 (2020–2021) reality competition.
Ramya Pandian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Anna University-affiliated College of Engineering, Guindy. She began her career as a research and development analyst after graduating and then got promoted to business development manager. She was given the chance to collaborate with Shelley, Mani Ratnam’s assistant director, in a short film called Maane Theyne Ponmaane.
Later on, in 2015, she made her acting debut in the low-budget film Dummy Tappasu. She was recommended by the Ra Ra Rajasekhar team to Raju Murugan, who then signed her for Joker (2016). In the movie, she portrayed a village belle.
