Biography:

Nisha Agarwal, the younger sister of renowned actress Kajal Agarwal, carved her own path in the South Indian film industry. Beginning her career as a model, she transitioned to acting, gracing the screens in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil films. While her time in the spotlight was brief, she made an impression with roles like the charming medical student in Solo and the spirited village girl in Sukumarudu.

She born in a Punjabi Hindu family in Mumbai, Nisha Aggarwal grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship and creativity. Her father, Suman, steered a successful textile business, while her mother, Vinay, crafted sweet treats and also managed the career of Nisha’s elder sister, actress Kajal Aggarwal. In 2013, Nisha found her own happily-ever-after, marrying Mumbai businessman Karan Valecha, the owner of Gold’s Gym chain. Their family expanded in 2017 with the arrival of their son, Ishaan.

Inspired by her sister Kajal’s success, Nisha Agarwal stepped onto the silver screen in late 2010. Her debut Telugu film, “Yemaindi Ee Vela,” a charming romantic drama, became a box office hit, captivating audiences and earning critical praise for her performance. Building on this momentum, Nisha took on diverse roles, from a medical student in “Solo” to a spirited village girl in “Sukumarudu,” showcasing her growing talent and range. She even ventured into Tamil and Malayalam cinema, leaving her mark as a headstrong heroine in “Bhaiyya Bhaiyya” and charming audiences in “Cousins.”
