Biography:

Merenla Imsong is an Indian actress, writer, and content creator, best known for her role as Rose Lizo in the crime thriller series Paatal Lok Season 2, starring Jaideep Ahlawat. Born and raised in Nagaland, she has made a mark in the Indian entertainment industry with her diverse talents and engaging performances.

She holds a Master’s degree in Zoology from Delhi University. Despite her academic background, she chose to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, blending her scientific knowledge with her passion for the performing arts.

Merenla began her journey as a stand-up comedian, gaining popularity for her sharp humor and relatable storytelling. She has been featured in various comedy shows and has built a strong presence on social media, where she actively engages with her audience.

Her transition into acting has led her to several notable projects. In Axone (2019), she played a significant role in a film that highlights the experiences of the North-Eastern community in Delhi.
