Meenakshi Raveendran

Biography:

Meenakshi Raveendran, born on July 12, 1996, is a versatile personality hailing from the Alappuzha district in Kerala, India. She is recognized as an actress, model, and TV presenter, predominantly active in Malayalam television and cinema. Meenakshi was born in Mararikulam, Alappuzha, to her parents Raveendran and Jaya Raveendran.

She first garnered attention on the Malayalam talent show Nayika Nayakan aired on Mazhavil Manorama. At the age of 19, she secured a position as a cabin crew member with SpiceJet through campus selection. However, after three years, she decided to pursue her passion for acting and resigned from her job.

Currently, Meenakshi hosts the reality show “Udan Panam” on Mazhavil Manorama. Her cinematic debut was in the Malayalam film “Thattum The Purath Achuthan” in 2018.

Meenakshi grew up in a supportive Hindu middle-class family in Kerala. She shares a close bond with her father, Raveendran, and her mother is known as Jaya Raveendran. She also has an older brother named Balu Raveendran. Throughout her upbringing, her family has been a pillar of support.

Meenakshi pursued her education at VNSS SN Trusts Central School in Cherthala, Kerala, where she excelled academically. She has made a mark in both the film and television industries, earning recognition for her performances on Nayika Nayakan and her role in Thattum Purath Achuthan.
