Reddick, Lance Solomon (June 7, 1962 – March 17, 2023) was an actor from the United States. He played Philip Broyles in Fringe (2008–2013), Cedric Daniels in The Wire (2002–2008), and Chief Irvin Irving in Bosch (2014–2020). He appeared in films as General Caulfield in White House Down (2013) and Charon in the John Wick series (2014–2025).
In addition, he played Detective Johnny Basil in Oz’s fourth season, Matthew Abaddon in Lost (2004–2010), Albert Wesker and his clones in Resident Evil (2022) on Netflix, and Zeus in Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2024), which was released posthumously and for which he was nominated for a Children’s and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Performer. He contributed the voice and appearance of Commander Zavala in the Destiny series, Sylens in Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West, and Martin Hatch in Quantum Break.
