Born in Delhi, she emerged as a winner on Channel V’s reality show Popstars, leading to her inclusion in the pop group Aasma alongside other show winners. Neeti gained widespread recognition for her rendition of “Ishq Wala Love” in Student of the Year (2012), earning the Filmfare R. D. Burman Award for New Music Talent and a nomination for Best Female Playback Singer for “Jiya Re” in Jab Tak Hai Jaan (2012).
