Kunika Sadanand Lal is a multifaceted Indian personality known for her roles in Indian films as both a villain and a comic character, in addition to her roles as an advocate, producer, and social activist.
She is also recognized as a singer, having released three pop albums: “Lakhon Mein Ek” in 1996, “Kunika” in 2002, and “Joombish (A Mystical Journey)” on May 2, 2006.
Kunika, along with her business partner, established several establishments in Goregaon, suburban Mumbai, including “White – the Italian café,” “Zingcafe,” “Majestica – The royal banquet hall,” and a spa named “Exhale,” although their partnership concluded in 2007.
She has a rich history of involvement in over 100 stage shows, both in India and internationally, and is currently managing an event company named Karma Events and Entertainment.
Kunickaa Sadanand Lal has dedicated herself to various social causes, particularly AIDS awareness campaigns, for the past two decades. She initiated the Tara Charitable Trust on August 15, 2005, with a mission to assist destitute individuals, support the underprivileged, and offer medical, educational, and emotional support to those in need. Furthermore, she serves as a trustee for the Mumbai-based NGO CHIP (Children In Progress), which focuses on child health and education.
