E. V. Ganesh Babu is a versatile Indian film personality known for his work in Tamil cinema. He began his career as an actor, making his debut in the film “Bharathi” in the year 2000. Notably, he appeared as Vijay’s friend in multiple films, including the 2005 movie “Sivakasi.” After gaining experience in acting, he transitioned to working behind the scenes as an assistant director for “Thenpandi Singam” in 2016.

In 2013, E. V. Ganesh Babu took on the role of a director with the film “Yamuna.” This marked his directorial debut, showcasing his skills in storytelling and filmmaking. He further expanded his creative pursuits by directing and starring in the film “Kattil,” alongside actress Srushti Dange. This film received recognition and was screened at the Innovative International Film Festival in 2021.
