G. Nageswara Reddy is a well-known Indian film Telugu cinema director. Serving as S. V. Krishna Reddy’s assistant director, he oversaw the production of multiple films, including Number One, Ghatotkachudu, Vajram, Maavichiguru, Mayalodu, Yamaleela, and Rajendrudu Gajendrudu.
He has assisted on the sets of several films, including Ghatotkachudu, Number One, Rajendrudru Gajendrudru, Yamaleela, Mayalodu, Subhalagnam, and Vajram.
He attempted to work on NTR’s film Major Chandrakanth when he traveled to Madras in search of an assistant position, but he was unsuccessful. Subsequently, though, he was appointed director of the same play.
He arrived in Madras under the guise of visiting a relative, but he later informed his parents that he was heading to the movies. That was when he was in the tenth standard.
In just 40 lakhs, he produced the wildly popular film Bachelors, which was thought to be unachievable given the budget.
Before going solo, Nageswara Reddy assisted S. V. Krishna Reddy as a director on a number of movies.
