Fola Evans-Akingbola

Biography:

Fola Evans-Akingbola is a British actress Her most well-known performances include those of Chelsea Arrington, a United States Secret Service Special Agent, in the 2023 Netflix series The Night Agent, and Maddie Bishop in the Freeform series Siren. Holby City (2014), Death in Paradise (2016), Game of Thrones (2016), Black Mirror, episode “Striking Vipers” (2019), and Ten Percent (2022) are some further credits.

Evans-Akingbola was born in London to Nigerian musician Sola Akingbola (of the band Jamiroquai) and English anthropology mother Gillian Evans. She attended Alleyn’s School in Dulwich, where she earned her sixth form diploma in 2012, after growing up in Bermondsey.

She trained at the National Youth Theatre as an actress. Later, she went back to the Identity School of Acting to continue her acting studies.
