Ditch Davey

Biography:

Australian actor Kristian “Ditch” Davey gained notoriety in 2001–2006 as Evan Jones on Seven Network’s Blue Heelers and in 2018 as Julius Caesar in Netflix Season 2: Master of Rome Roman Empire.

Davey’s first acting role was in an advertisement for Wrigley’s Eclipse chewing gum, shortly after he left the WAAPA and the state of Western Australia in 1998.  After that, he appeared on Australian series such Water Rats, Above the Law, and All Saints. The Blue Heelers producers took notice of Davey after he played a minor part in the Seven Network telemovie Do or Die. In July 2001, he made his first appearance after being assigned to the role of probationary constable Evan Jones.  After twelve years, Blue Heelers was canceled in 2006.
