Dil Ramesh is a Telugu actor. He was born on 1st-January, 1970. He is well-known among the audience for his roles in movies Prasthanam released in 2010, “Yatra” released in 2018, and “Maharshi” released in 2019. He has mainly played negative roles in Telugu movies.
He made his debut in the movie Seetarama Raju. He gained fame with the movie VV Vinayak’s Dil, which was well-appreciated by the audience. He has the skill of delivering the dialogues in any slang with ease. Some of his movies that are well-known are Dil, Sankranthi, Lakshmi, Putrudu, Simba, Darling, and Aadi.
A postgraduate, economics lecturer and once a school owner, Ramesh worked at Prasad Labs before foraying as an actor in Telugu cinema with the YVS Chowdary-directorial Seetharama Raju (1999), he rose to fame with his performance in the blockbuster film Dil (2003). The movie, directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Dil Raju, earned the actor the name ‘Dil’ Ramesh. And on the success of his second film, Dil Ramesh went on to play character and antagonist roles in films such as Aadi (2002), Sankranthi (2005), Lakshmi Putrudu (2008), Simha (2010), Darling (2010), Prasthanam (2010) and Mirchi (2013).
