David Field

Biography:

David Field is a director and character actor from Australia. He is well-known for his parts as Detective Superintendent Terry Jarvis in the television series City Homicide and in the 1999 movie Two Hands. As Detective Superintendent Terry Jarvis in the Channel 7 TV series City Homicide, David Field has acted in a number of motion pictures and television shows, including Two Hands.

The Combination, a drama film about the ties between Lebanese Australians and Anglo Australians in some areas of Western Sydney, marked Field’s directorial debut in 2009. In 2019, he released The Combination: Redemption, a sequel. He is also well-known for playing the uncle of a former prisoner in the television series A Moody Christmas.
