D.B. Woodside
Biography:
American actor David Bryan Woodside was born on July 25, 1969. His most well-known television roles include those of the angel Amenadiel in Lucifer, Robin Wood in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Malcolm Franks in Single Ladies, Jeff Malone in Suits, Dr. Joseph Prestridge in Parenthood, Wayne Palmer in the thriller series 24, and bassist Melvin Franklin in The Temptations.
In 1996, Woodside made his debut as Aaron Mosley in Murder One’s second season. Following the cancellation of the series, he appeared as a guest star on Once and Again, The Division, Snoops, and The Practice. In the last season of JAG, Woodside appeared as FBI agent Rod Benton. He played Sunnydale High School Principal Robin Wood in 14 episodes of the last season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 2002 to 2003. Following this, Woodside portrayed the realistic Chief of Staff Wayne Palmer on the Fox television series 24.
