Christo Tomy

Biography:

Indian filmmaker Christo Tomy is renowned for his powerful short and feature film work. He is a director who has won two National Film Awards. His short film Kamuki (Sweetheart) earned him the 2016 Swarna Kamal Award for Best Director (non-feature picture). Additionally, his short film Kanyaka (Virgin) earned him the National Award for Debut Director in the non-feature category.

Christo Tomy attended the Sainik School in Kazhakootam, Kerala, and the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute in Kolkata.
