Biography:

Chethan Cheenu, a Telugu film actor, hails from Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh, where he actively participated in various extracurricular activities while growing up. His father’s name is Sathya Narayana Murthy. Although raised in Amalapuram, his family later moved to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce at Alpha Arts and Science College.

Following his studies, Chethan Cheenu ventured into modeling, dedicating two years to honing his skills before transitioning to a career as a lead actor in films. During his youth, he learned Kuchipudi, a traditional dance form, under the guidance of Vempati Chinna Satyam, a renowned dancer in South India.

Throughout his modeling career, Chethan Cheenu served as a brand ambassador for several brands. His work in advertising led to opportunities in the Tamil film industry, where he appeared in movies like “Karungali” and “Naan Sigapu Manithan.” His career progressed to Tollywood, where he made his debut in the Telugu film “Pelliki Mundu Prema Katha” in 2015, directed by Mafhu Gopu. This film received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike.

Following his debut, Chethan Cheenu gained further recognition with his role in Omkar’s “Raaju Gaari Gadhi,” also released in 2015. He continued to build his filmography with appearances in “Mantra-2,” alongside Charmee, where he portrayed a police officer who rescues a girl from a grave situation. Chethan Cheenu had previously worked as a child artist in Maniratnam’s “Anjali,” playing an antagonist opposite the hero Tarun.

In interviews, Chethan Cheenu expressed his admiration for Pawan Kalyan, citing him as his role model and source of inspiration. He also praised the acting of Prakash Raj and expressed his lifelong admiration for Raghuvaran. In the Tamil film industry, he holds a fondness for Ajith. With five films to his credit, Chethan Cheenu has garnered acclaim for his versatile acting skills and expressive performances.
