Padma, hailing from Vijayawada in the Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh, was born into the loving embrace of her parents, Appalaswamy and Sushila Rani. Her formative years unfolded in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, where her father’s occupation as a railway employee led the family. Amidst the bustling streets of Hyderabad, Padma’s childhood thrived, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors.
