Babil Khan, an Indian actor and the son of the late actor Irrfan Khan, commenced his professional journey as a camera assistant in the Bollywood industry. His transition into acting occurred with his debut in the Bollywood film “Qala” (2022). He garnered attention for his portrayal in the psychological drama “Qala,” directed by Anvita Dutt, alongside Tripti Dimri. Subsequently, Khan portrayed the character of Siddharth Menon, the son of Juhi Chawla’s character, in the Netflix original film “Friday Night Plan” (2023).
In the same year, he ventured into web series with “The Railway Men,” produced by Yash Raj Films, where he played a significant role in depicting the Bhopal Gas Tragedy narrative. Notably, Khan is set to feature in Shoojit Sircar’s project, “The Umesh Chronicles,” alongside renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan.
Born on May 15, 1998, in Mumbai to Irrfan Khan and Sutapa Sikdar, Babil Khan pursued his education at Tridha School in Mumbai and furthered his studies at the University of Westminster in London. His brother, Ayaan Khan, is younger to him.
