Anjum Sharma

Biography:

Anjum Sharma is an Indian actor recognized for his performances in notable films such as Slumdog Millionaire (2008), Wazir (2016), David (2013), Sona Spa (2013), and Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010). Born on October 30th, he currently resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Anjum is married to Nilima Sharma, who happens to be the sister of Bollywood actor Varun Sharma.

In 2020, Anjum gained widespread acclaim for his role as Sharad Shukla in the Amazon Prime video television series Mirzapur 2, marking a significant milestone in his career. Prior to this, he made his television debut on Sony Entertainment Channel’s Rishta.com and later appeared on Epic Channel’s Daanav Hunters.

Anjum’s portrayal of Major Arkin Roy, a former army officer and interim team commander, in the series garnered attention. Additionally, he made a notable appearance in an episode of Amazon Prime Video’s Made in Heaven web series (2019).
