The film won the Best Film Award at the Cinefan – Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema.
Bahl’s other notable works include the legal drama Section 375 (2019), which tells the story of a celebrated Bollywood director, Rohan Khurana, accused of rape by a female crew member, Anjali Dangle. He also directed Blurr (2022) and his latest film, The Lady Killer (2023), which faced several challenges during production and performed poorly.
