Indian mimic artist Aadhavan Kesavamurthi, whose professional name is Aadhavan, was born on October 1, 1980. In Tamil Nadu, he has been employed as a VJ and RJ (radio and video jockey). Comedy shows on television that he has appeared in include “Konjam Nadinga Boss”, “Super Challenge”, “Comedy Junction”, “Savaale samaali”, “Galatta rani”, “Lollu pa”, and “Maanga Idiots”. Aadhavan frequently plays in live orchestras and has also performed in Tamil-language films.
Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, is the birthplace of Aadhavan. Due to his father’s postings as an officer in a bank, S Kesavamurthi, he completed his education in Thanjavur, Madurai, Udumalaipettai, and Chennai. He finished his BE (Electrical and Electronics) from Kattankulathur’s SRM Institute of Science and Technology in 2001. He took inspiration for his use of mimicry from his mother, Dr. P. Umavathy, a physician who described the speech patterns of her coworkers.
