Ishan Saksena

Biography:

Ishan Saksena currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at B4U Network Europe, and he also serves as Managing Director at Swordfish Investments. His professional background encompasses extensive experience in investment activities, including private equity and asset management, spanning regions such as North America, Europe, and Emerging Markets.

Before joining Swordfish, Ishan held the role of Director at Lehman Brothers (Nomura), where he led transactions within the M&A field. Prior to his tenure at Lehman, Ishan worked as an Investment Analyst at Private Capital Management, a hedge fund in the United States with a value-based investment approach.

Ishan has been recognized for his expertise and has been invited to speak on topics related to Leadership and Organizational Behavior at prestigious institutions such as the Cornell Business School. He has also shared his insights at the UK-India Business Council in London. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ishan actively engages in charitable organizations, reflecting his commitment to philanthropy. He is an alumnus of Cornell University in the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
