Amyra Dastur

Biography:

Actress Amyra Dastur was born in India on May 7, 1993, and is well-known for her roles in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi movies. Dastur is Parsi, and at home she speaks Gujarati and English. She graduated from Mumbai’s HR College with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.

Dastur began her professional modeling career in advertisements. Dastur debuted as an actor in Hindi cinema with Prateik Babbar in Manish Tiwary’s romance movie Issaq. Amyra Dastur debuted in Tamil cinema with the film Anegan, which was helmed by K. V. Anand and featured her alongside Dhanush.

Amyra costarred with Jackie Chan in her debut foreign film, Kung Fu Yoga, which was released in India on February 3, 2017. Additionally, Amyra Dastur appeared in the film Kaalakaandi, directed by Akshat Verma and starring Saif Ali Khan. Amyra was the lead singer for a lively dance tune with humorous lyrics that was used in the movie.

Adil Malik, a well-known choreographer for Kar Gayi Chul, choreographed the song. Manasuku Nachindi, the first film directed by Mahesh Babu’s sister, marked her Telugu film debut. In 2018, Amyra released her second Telugu film, Rajugadu, opposite Raj Tarun once more.
