Adar Poonawalla is an Indian entrepreneur who was born on January 14, 1981. He is the chairman of Poonawalla Fincorp and the CEO of the Serum Institute of India. Cyrus Poonawalla, the founder of the Serum Institute of India, is his father.

Cyrus Poonawala, a Parsi (Zoroastrian), is the father of Adar Poonawalla. He has two kids with his wife, Natasha Poonawalla. Poonawalla paid Rs 1446 crore (£138 million) for the priciest house in London in December 2023.
