Story:

Dayaa is a Telugu-language crime thriller series penned and directed by Pavan Sadineni. Headlined by J. D. Chakravarthy, the series also features Eesha Rebba, Remya Nambeesan, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Kamal Kamaraju, and Josh Ravi in pivotal roles.

The storyline revolves around Dayaa, a cold-storage van driver whose life takes a drastic turn when he discovers a dead body in his vehicle. This discovery sets off a chain of chaotic events that escalate Dayaa and his best friend into increasingly dire circumstances.

The series, which premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on August 4, 2023, received widespread acclaim for its intense storytelling and performances. Notably, it is an Indian adaptation of the Bangladeshi series “Taqdeer,” originally created by Neamoth Ullah Masum and Syed Ahmed Shawki, with Anuradha Raparla serving as content head.
