We discovered a few weeks back that the Pushpa 2 filmmakers negotiated an enormous contract for audio rights for 65 crores.
One of the most anticipated Indian films is Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun. The makers teased the public by releasing the first sight a month ago, and since then, the anticipation has skyrocketed. When it was recently revealed that audio rights had been sold for a staggering 65 crores, the buzz reached a new height.
Pushpa, directed by Sukumar, was a financial triumph at the box office. The movie caught everyone’s attention because, despite Covid limitations and the 50% occupancy requirement, it was able to do well at the box office. More than anything else, the Hindi dub version’s spectacular box office performance brought the movie to everyone’s attention. Alongside it, the social media frenzy contributed to making a significant influence.
We discovered a few weeks ago that the Pushpa 2 filmmakers had negotiated a colossal 65 crore price for the audio rights. But as of now, according to the report in Track Tollywood, everything is a lie, and the production team for the movie is spreading these figures to generate false buzz. According to the portal, the audio rights for all languages were actually sold for 20 crores. This amount is 69% less than the 65 crores that were previously reported.
Pushpa 2’s stats have already been called into question. Earlier, there were online rumours claiming that the movie had a 1000 crore deal for cinema rights. Later, it was found that all of these reports were false. In actuality, only the Telugu and Hindi versions are receiving significant offers.
