Sukriti Veni, daughter of director Sukumar, made her acting debut with Gandhi Tatha Chettu, which released in January 2025.
Directed by Padmavathi Malladi and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings, and Gopi Talkies, the film received a mixed response in theaters.
After its theatrical run, the movie premiered on Amazon Prime Video last week and is now available on ETV Win, reaching more viewers. This wider release is expected to attract a fresh audience on OTT.
Sukriti Veni’s performance was appreciated, while Rag Mayur, Ananda Chakrapani, and others played important roles. With music composed by Ree, Gandhi Thatha Chettu continues to find new fans.
