TheatreUyyala Jampala is a Telugu romantic comedy drama directed by Virinchi Varma and produced by Ram Mohan P and Nagarjuna under Sunshine Cinema in association with Annapurna Studios. It stars Raj Tarun and Avika Gor.
The story revolves around Suri, who discovers that his cousin Uma is romantically involved with someone. Upon investigating, he learns that the guy is deceitful. When Uma decides to elope with him, Suri sets out to expose the truth about her lover.
The film, released on 25 December 2013, received positive reviews from critics for its performances and technical aspects. Raj Tarun and Avika Gor won Best Male Debut and Best Female Debut respectively at the 3rd South Indian International Movie Awards. It was later remade in Kannada as Krishna-Rukku (2016) and in Bengali as Parbona Ami Chartey Tokey (2015).
