The Pet Detective, a Malayalam movie, is reportedly about to be released on the big screen. The August theatrical release of the comic drama, which stars Sharaf U Dheen and Anupama Parameswaran in the key roles, has been finalized.

The Praneesh Vijayan-directed film was originally scheduled to premiere on the big screen in April but was delayed for unspecified reasons. According to recent reports, The Pet Detective will debut in theaters in August. The producers are anticipated to release a trailer and a precise release date in the next several days.

Additionally, Vinay Forrt and Joemon Jyothir play important roles in this comedy. The film is produced by Sharaf U Dheen under the name Sharafudheen Productions. The screenplay for this family entertainer was written by Jai Vishnu and the director.

The Pet Detective’s cinematography was directed by Anend C. Chandran. This film is edited by renowned filmmaker Abhinav Sunder Nayak, who got his breakthrough with Mukundan Unni Associates, which is available for streaming on JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium. The Pet Detective’s 83-day filming schedule came to an end on September 2 of last year. Early last year saw the announcement of the film and the release of its first look poster. The soundtracks for the films were composed by Rajesh Murugesan.The story’s main character is a quirky detective who specializes in crimes involving pets.
