Ramesh, a trusted manager, uncovers corruption within the wealthy Paranthaman’s family, earning their animosity. He falls for Paranthaman’s daughter, Vanaja, but their love is shattered when Paranthaman, deceived by a misunderstanding, fires Ramesh for infidelity.
Tragedy strikes as Paranthaman is murdered. Vanaja, threatened by the actual killers, falsely accuses Ramesh, leading to his arrest. In prison, fate intervenes when Ramesh meets Raja, his identical twin. Together, they devise a daring plan to unmask the true culprits.
Ramesh, disguised as Raja, enjoys three crucial days of freedom. He rescues Vanaja from a forced marriage, reveals the truth about her father’s murder, and hides her away. Meanwhile, Venkatachalam and Chandran, the real criminals, oblivious to the switch, approach Raja, assuming him to be Ramesh. They reveal their involvement in Paranthaman’s murder, unaware that Raja is secretly recording their confession.
With Vanaja’s help, Ramesh secures bail. The truth is unveiled when Chandran and Venkatachalam, unaware of the switch, confess their crime to Raja. The recorded confession becomes the weapon that brings them to justice, clearing Ramesh’s name and restoring his love with Vanaja. Through cunning and courage, justice prevails, and a web of deceit unravels, revealing the true cost of betrayal and the triumph of loyalty.
