Story:

Game is a 2006 Telugu-language slice-of-life drama film directed by Ramprasad G. It stars Mohan Babu and Vishnu Manchu in lead roles with Shobana, Parvati Melton, Sumalatha and Giri Babu in supporting roles. The film’s background score and soundtrack were composed by music composer, Joshua Sridhar. The soundtrack for the movie was released on 27 July 2006. The movie is based on Hollywood Movie Changing Lanes. Game received negative reviews and failed at the box office. The film marked Shobana’s return to Telugu films almost after a decade and eventually, this film ended up being her last Telugu film to date.

PLOT

Game is a remake version of Hindi movie Taxi No 9211 and it is an drama based movie in which, Pandit Raghava (Mohan Babu) is a scowling, taxi driver with a short fuse, who roams the mean streets of Hyderabad. His wife (Shobana) and family think he is an insurance agent. Vijay Raj (Vishnu), on the other hand, is a man of fun and modern-day pleasures. A rich youth, his life is full of swanky women and swankier lifestyle.And the dice of fate rolls out agonizing numbers for both. One needs a few thousand to pay off his debts. The other hopes to inherit several crores of rupees from his dead dad. But as it happens, the two contrasting individuals lives crisscross. It is an unlikely match up. The two have nothing in common. But life enjoins a common journey for them. Vijay takes a fateful ride in Pandit’s cab. And it is a roller coaster that turns his life upside down. Rest of the story is about how they solve their respective problems.
