Duke’s career started with small parts in plays and recurrent parts on the sitcom Modern Family (2016) and the science fiction series Person of Interest (2014–2015). After portraying M’Baku in multiple Marvel Cinematic Universe (2018–2022) films, he became well-known. The MCU is one of the highest-grossing media properties. His main parts in Jordan Peele’s horror picture Us (2019), the action comedy Spenser Confidential (2020), and The Fall Guy (2024) as well as the fantasy drama Nine Days (2020) all contributed to his sustained fame.
