Viswas Daniel

Biography:

Telugu filmmaker Viswas Danial is a cinematographer. He was born in Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, on April 22, 1991. It is his sibling, Kamal Seth. He graduated with honors from Kadapa’s KSRM College of Engineering. Viswas graduated from the same college with a degree in mechanical engineering.

He has experience in the Telugu cinema business, also referred to as Tollywood. His works were discussed and observed there. In an interview, Viswas claims that his father’s Kodak film camera was the reason behind his early fascination in photography.

At the time, he was twelve years old. His early interest led him to begin taking images of his residence, which he later liked. He went on to say that he eventually turned it into a pastime and began to love the colors and clicks in it.

When he was still completing his engineering degree, his sister gave him a camera as a gift, and he began to devote more time to it. When Viswas used to enter some of his photographs in photography competitions, he also won a few prizes.

Later on, he spent close to eight or nine years working as a cinematographer with Bal Reddy. Viswas Danial did not enroll in a course or attend a school to formally acquire the craft of cinematography.

He himself set aside time to work on it and studied American filmmaking techniques. His feature film début was in the Sridhar Gade-directed film SR Kalyanamandapam, in which Priyanka Jawalkar and Kiran Abbavaram played the key parts.

His cinematography is also on display in the film Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha. Vaamana, released in 2022, was the picture that first brought him widespread recognition in the filmography area. He has begun working with renowned directors and production companies in the Tollywood industry. The directors have expressed admiration for Viswas’s use of lighting, cinematography, and technology.
