Indian actress Vaibhavi Shandilya was born on May 27, 1993. She has acted in films in the Tamil, Kannada, and Marathi languages. She starred in the Marathi film Janiva (2015) before moving on to feature films such as Sakka Podu Podu Raja (2017), Cap Maari (2019), Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (2018), and Ekk Albela (2015).
In the social justice story Janiva (2015), Vaibhavi made her acting debut. It was noteworthy since it featured actor Mahesh Manjrekar’s son Sathya in his first role. Later, Vaibhavi appeared in Bhagwan Dada’s biography Ekk Albela with Vidya Balan in an ensemble cast, portraying Shaheen, a Muslim girl.
In 2016, Vaibhavi made an appearance as a dancer in the special song “Tak Dhinna” from the Egyptian Arabic film Gahem Fe El Hend. Renowned Indian dance choreographer Vishnu Deva was responsible for its choreography. In contrast to Santhanam, Vaibhavi agreed to feature in two Tamil-language movies, Sakka Podu Podu Raja and Server Sundaram.
The latter was released in 2017 while the former is scheduled for release in 2018. In 2018, Vaibhavi signed on to star in Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu, her third Tamil film, with Gautham Karthik. She made her Kannada film debut alongside Raj Vishnu and starred opposite Ganesh in the hugely popular film Gaalipata 2.
