Tanveer Mir

Biography:

Indian filmmaker Tanveer Mir, born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has primarily contributed to the Tamil film industry (Tollywood), where his artistic skills have been employed in Tamil-language movies. Currently residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Tanveer Mir pursued a BSc in Mass Communication and Multimedia Production (MCMP) at Boys Degree College. He further honed his craft by completing a PGD in cinematography at the L. V. Prasad Film and TV Academy.

Some of Tanveer Mir’s notable works include “Pad Man” (2018), “I” (2015), and “Psycho” (2020). He has been involved in a diverse range of films, including “Eat, Pray, Love,” “India Schedule,” “Guzaarish” (Hindi), “Yuthamsai” (Tamil), “Shudra” (Hindi), “Ishq” (Telugu), Shanker’s “I” (Tamil), “Amitabh,” and “OK Kanmani.”

Tanveer Mir has established professional associations with entities such as Hit Lab, Garnier Color Natural, Garnier Skin Natural, Max Life, Malabar Gold, Khazana Jewelry, Fair and Lovely, Nescafe Sunrise, Havells Grinder, and Dalmia Cement. Widely recognized as a prominent Indian film cinematographer, Tanveer Mir has contributed his expertise to films like “Mr. Zoo Keeper” in 2022. His project portfolio for 2022 includes the film “Mr. Zoo Keeper,” and he holds credits in the electrical and camera departments for various projects.
