T. N. Balakrishna, From November 2, 1911, to July 18, 1995, an Indian actor, appeared in Kannada films. There have been claims that he had hearing issues, while others claim he was completely deaf. Nonetheless, he would notice the performers’ lip movements and would impromptu narrate the discussion. He played a variety of flexible parts in more than a hundred films with Rajkumar in the lead role. He was well known for his comedic and villainous performances in movies like Kantheredu Nodu (1961), Muriyada Mane (1964), Bangaarada Manushya (1972), Gandhada Gudi (1973), and Kaamana Billu (1983).
With over 560 appearances in Kannada films, Balakrishna is credited with playing the most parts in the industry. He has portrayed villains, heroes, comedians, loving fathers, good Samaritans, and lunatics. Sudha Chandran is his ex-daughter in law.
Balakrishna was born into a poor family on 2 November 1911 in Arsikere, Kingdom of Mysore. When he was four years old, his mother sold him to a couple for just ₹8 in order to provide treatment for her ailing husband. He ran away from his adopted parents after having been treated badly.
In his later years Balakrishna had lung cancer and finally succumbed to it on 18 July 1995 at the age of 83. Yama Kinkara was his last film appearance.
