Biography:

T.M. Karthik Srinivasan  sometimes known as T. M. Karthik, is a well-known stage and film actor who primarily appears in Tamil films. Before making his cinematic debut, this well-known theatre personality was involved with 60 productions and 500 performances. He has been involved with theatre for more than 20 years, and he now performs in both theatre and movies. He appeared in “Life of Pr” by Ang Lee. He received praise for his performance in the 2012 film Nanban as Rakesh (Pricetag), a character. Since then, he has frequently appeared in Tamil films.

Since 1994, T. M. Karthik has been involved in the theatre community. Before he became an actor, he had a career in business. In order to devote himself totally to theatre, he left his employment in 2013. Despite having a distinguished career in theatre, he didn’t start acting in films until 2007. He has performed in more than 60 plays and 500 theatre productions to date. Guru, a Bollywood movie, served as Mani Ratnam’s feature film debut in 2007. His Tamil film debut was with Sarvam in 2009. Since then, he has appeared in the films Ten Endrathukulla, Indru Netru, Kola Kolaya Mundhirika, Deiva Thirumagal, Raja Rani, Endrendrum Punnagai, Vellaiya Irukiravan Pol Solla Maataan, Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru, Madrasapattinam, and Nanban. His first notable performance on the big screen was in the comedy Nanban as Rakesh, lieana’s price-tag obsessed fiancé. He was seen playing the part of a doctor in 10 Endrathukulla. After leaving his position in the business sector, he started Sideways, Evam’s corporate training branch. He participated actively in the training of actors as part of Evam. He thinks that his corporate job drew him more into the theatre.
