Biography:

Surbhi Pandey is recognized as one of the most versatile emerging actresses in the industry. Primarily active in Hindi daily soaps, she has also delved into various creative pursuits including acting, voice-over work, and writing. Graduating from Hindu College, Delhi University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, she further pursued a degree in Law from Meerut University. Her schooling was completed at Delhi Public School in Faridabad. Currently based in Mumbai, she is dedicated to her acting career.

Proficient in classical dance forms, Surbhi has received training from renowned dance exponents such as Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji, Shaswati Sen Ji, and Uma Sharma Ji. Additionally, she is skilled in mime artistry and has showcased her talent in numerous dramatic plays. Notably, she reached the semi-finals in the esteemed dance competition Boogie-Boogie, aired on Sony TV.

Surbhi has actively participated in various social causes in India, including campaigns like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and infomercials addressing issues like acid attacks. She has also appeared in numerous commercials, with her debut being for Tinder India App.

With a passion for theater, Surbhi has performed in plays like Ghalib, Sons of Babar, Jodha Bai, and Jahanaara. She also portrayed the lead role in the TV show Collector Bahu, which aired on DD National starting in 2017. Additionally, she hosted a musical program called Bombay Talkies on the same channel, featuring classic Bollywood songs.

In terms of television appearances, Surbhi had a brief role in the show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, aired on Sony TV. She has also contributed to the direction of indie feature films, collaborating with director Rajeev Walia on music videos and the film Tera –Intezaar.

Her recent project was the movie Ye Picture Pakistan Mai Ban Hai, directed by Sunil Subramaniam, which garnered critical acclaim upon its release in 2016.
