Suman Ranganathan

Biography:

Model and actress Suman Ranganathan, sometimes known as Ranganath, is from India. She has acted in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada films.

Tumakuru, Karnataka, is the birthplace of Suman Ranganathan. She was wed to Indian film producer Bunty Walia. 2007 saw the couple’s breakup. On June 3, 2019, she wed Sajan Chinnappa, a businessman from Karnataka’s Kodugu district.

She debuted as an actress with Shankar Nag in the Kannada film C.B.I. Shankar (1989). Following the film’s popularity, she starred in a number of other films, including Nammoora Hammera (1990), Bala Hombale (1989), Doctor Krishna (1989), and Santha Shishunala Sharifa (1990).

She made her Tamil film debut in 1990 with Pudhu Paattu.[5] After then, she appeared in numerous Tamil films, including Mettupatti Mirasu (1994), Perum Pulli (1991), Maanagara Kaaval (1991), Kurumbukkaran (1991), Unnai Vaazhthi Paadugiren (1992), and Mudhal Udhayam (1995).

Her debut Bollywood film, Fareb (1996), an Indian version of Unlawful Entry, starred her. She had an appearance in Aa Ab Laut Chalen (1999) as an Indian-American socialite. She made her Baghban debut in 2003. In certain scenes from the movie Ek Stree that same year, Suman said that a body double had been used to mimic her.

Ranganath was a member of the Mr. India World 2007 judging panel as well. She serves as a judge on Colors Kannada’s Kannada reality show Thakadimitha.

She was entirely focused on acting in the Kannada industry after that period of time. She made a comeback to the Tamil film business with the 2013 film Arrambam, following a lengthy hiatus. Returning to Tamil almost eighteen years later, Suman plays a hard-bitten journalist.

Suman Ranganathan performed in numerous hit films and helped make a number of them successful, including Neer Dose (2016) and Kavaludaari (2019).
