Biography:

Sukrutha Wagle, an accomplished Indian actress and model, has made significant contributions to both the Kannada and Telugu film industries. Born in Manipal, Karnataka, Sukrutha is the daughter of Smitha and Sadananda Wagle, and she has a sister. Her journey in the entertainment industry began with her debut in the state award-winning film “Jatta” in 2013, produced by “Omkar Movies.”

Hailing from Karnataka, Sukrutha pursued her academic endeavors with zeal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Catering Management from Pondicherry and further pursued a Master of Science. Not stopping there, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws from Vaikunta Baliga College of Law. Sukrutha also holds diplomas in Business Administration and Aviation Hospitality, showcasing her commitment to both her artistic and academic pursuits.

Sukrutha’s foray into the entertainment world started with modeling and photography, showcasing her versatility. Her introduction to the film industry came through Manager Kumar Jagannath, who connected her with director B. M. Giriraj, the visionary behind her debut film “Jatta.” The film received critical acclaim and went on to win the Best Film Award at the Karnataka State Film Awards.
