Sri Harsha Setty is an Indian filmmaker, author, and director, mainly working in the Telugu film and digital entertainment industry. He has worked as an assistant and associate director in movies like 28°C, Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu, and Spy and eventually turned towards directing when he directed the youth-centric web series Batchmates (2026), which was first created for Disney+ Hotstar but later launched on JioHotstar. This movie became his directorial debut and revealed his skill in making compelling stories based on the college life of friends and lovers.

With his modern approach to storytelling and youth-oriented stories, Sri Harsha Setty makes stories that revolve around relatable characters and their emotionally-driven stories. Batchmates became a milestone in his career as a new filmmaker in the Telugu world of OTT.
