Biography:

Sonali Joshi Born on January 4, 1984, Sonali Joshi is an Indian film on-screen character, who has worked in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Telugu movies. She lived in Muscat before her debut into cinema. She got educated in Vidhyanidhi School in Juhu. She was already married for the 1year when she came to South movie industry. Sonali debuted with Telugu Films and later, went on to do Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi movies. She has worked with on-screen characters such as Dileep, ArjunSarja, and Jr. NTR. She was often mistaken for Tamil Actress Sneha.

Her first Telugu film was Subbuas Neeraja with Jr. NTR, directed byRudraraju Suresh Varma in 2001. In 2002, she acted in Telugu comedy SandadeSandadi as Honey, directed by Muppalaneni Shiva with actors such as Urvasi,JagapathiBabu, Sivaji, Rajendra Prasad, etc. In 2003, Sonali worked in her first Bollywood comedy-drama movie Xcuse Meas SundriKhanna by N. Chandra.

Following year, she acted in Telugu Romantic film Abhi by Kiranas Preeti opposite Kamalakar in 2004. In 2009, she worked in a Bhojpuri movie Deewanaby Rajkumar R. Pandey with Viraj Bhatt. Sonali played a role in Telugu film Rambabu Gadi Pellam by KapugantiRajendra with AllariNaresh in 2010.

In 2011, she acted in Telugu movie NenuNannaAbaddam by GovindVarha. Sonali also worked in many more such as Ali Mohammed Oosman’sMurder Madhuri, VikashMitra’sRangliChunariyaTohreNaam, and Sushil Kumar Upadhyay’sPratigya. In 2001, Sonali was involved in the controversy with the director Suresh Varma while shooting for the movie Subbu. She allegedly accused him of mental torture and sexual harassment and filed a complaint against him.
