Sona Nair, a highly regarded Indian actress, has carved a niche for herself in both Malayalam cinema and television dramas. Her academic pursuits led her to Al-Uthuman Higher Secondary School in Trivandrum, where her mother worked as a teacher, and she further pursued higher education at Government College for Women in Thiruvananthapuram, earning a degree.

In 1996, Sona Nair embarked on her cinematic journey with a significant role in the film “Thooval Kottaram.” This marked the inception of a successful career that spanned various films, including notable titles such as “Katha Nayagan,” “Veendum Chila Veettukaryangal,” “Manassinakkare,” and “Passenger.” Her ability to portray diverse characters showcased her versatility as an actress, earning her recognition in the film industry.

Not confined to the big screen, Sona Nair has left an indelible mark in the television realm.
